Senior Coordinator

Mrs. Shagufta Khalique is serving as Senior Coordinator at Peshawar office. She has a vast experience of Management, Administration, and has worked as a trainer and facilitator. She has more than 9 years of experience as academic and administrative head in well reputed schooling systems of Pakistan.

She has trained more then 1000 youth (male& female) from KP on leadership and conflict resolution. She also leads the Women Peace Builders Network (WPBN) and renders her services as a panelist at the Provincial Dispute Resolution Council (DRC).


Program Manager

Mr. Tariq Hayat is currently serving as Manager Social Cohesion and Resilience programme for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He is responsible for partnership building and effective implementation of   the Programme, within the agreed timelines. He is also responsible for putting in place internal controls, staff supervision, motivation and liaison with government agencies and other stake holders.

He is equipped with the excellent writing and oratory skills. Effective Project Planning, Proposal writing , Monitoring and Evaluation, Capacity development and Advocacy with multi-cultural staff, community-based organizations and policy makers, are the key areas of his expertise. During the past 8 years of his career ,  Mr. Tariq Hayat held leading managerial and strategic positions in various multi-sectoral development and humanitarian initiatives, being  funded by UNICEF,UNESCO , Save The Children ,International Art of Living  USIP , Action Aid, Asia Foundation , GHRD and British Council.


Program Coordinator

Working as a Program Coordinator, Faisal Jalil is associated with Peace Education And Development (PEAD) Foundation for the last eight years, he has been part of various advocacy, youth developmental, human rights and humanitarian projects undertaken by the Foundation funded by various international donors i.e. World Population Foundation (WPF), United States Institute of Peace (USIP), Global Human Rights Defence (GHRD), UNICEF Pakistan, UNESCO, UNDP and NCA Pakistan.

He is responsible for coordinating, reporting and facilitating project execution in accordance with the agreed work plan and have vast experience in facilitating and organizing activities/events in accordance with the projects executed. Being an effective team player and a keen learner he is always willing to take any responsibility assigned by the management.

Field Coordinator

Mr. Mian Waseef is working with PEAD Foundation from last two years as Field Coordinator. He has a masters degree in Computer science and in Education having 7 years of extensive work experience with different National and International organizations like UNICEF, BEFAR’E, VTT Global, USAID  and in Government sector as well.

He is responsible  for Project/Program Designing, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Coordination with Partners/Stakeholders, Report Writing, Budgeting, coordinating and facilitating project execution in collaboration with the agreed work plans. I also have vast experience in facilitating and organizing trainings, seminars, workshops  and  events in accordance to the project.

Field Coordinator

Nida is currently working as Field Coordinator  and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Peshawar. She has been awarded gold medal from Sardar Mehtab Abbasi the former Governor of KP.

She has three years of experience from a well reputed school of Pakistan as a teacher and is currently pursing M.Phil in Social Work from University of Peshawar.


Admin & Finance Officer

Ms. Amina Tabassum is holding Master degree in Information Technology(MIT) from Qurtuba University of science and information technology Peshawar. She has won many  certificates in school monitoring and first aid from Madrid ,Spain. She is currently working as Admin & finance officer with Peace Education & Development (PEAD) Foundation. She posses high stress tolerance and consistently achieve performance goals through diligence, tenacity and hard-work. She can absorb new ideas and is experienced in coordinating, planning and organizing a wide range of logistical and administrative activities, a   well- organized person and an excellent team player.

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (SCR)
Mr. Rahmat Hussain is currently working as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer for Social Cohesion & Resilience project in Peshawar and Swat. He holds MPhil degree in Economics from University of Peshawar and is a certified professional in Modern Linguistics in English.During his professional career of more than 7 years, he served on different portfolios i.e. as Project Supervisor, Researcher and M&E Professional. His strengthened areas of expertise include Social Researches, Monitoring, Evaluation, Survey Designing, Data Modeling and Training.
Fauzia Fouzia Ali
Field Officer (SCR)

Fauzia Ali is serving at regional office Peshawar, as Field Officer, Social Cohesion and Resilience program, since last two years. She is contributing to carry out the field level activities of UNICEF funded project SCR.  Fauzia Ali holds Master’s degree in Sociology, Bachelors in Education (B.Ed) and is having a Post Graduate Diploma in   International Human Rights Law from University of Peshawar. While her M.Phil  in Sociology from University of Peshawar is in process.

Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator
Mr. Toseef Ali has done his Masters in Statistics and has past eight years of experience of working with National and International Organizations on managerial and key positions. With demonstrated leadership strengths and proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines, he  has extensive hands on experience of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Accountability, Project Management, Project Implementation, Budgeting and Coordination for the Health, Education, Protection, Food Security and Economics Growth projects funded by USAID, DFID, Ausaid, DEC, ECHO, OFDA, UNICEF, Packard Foundation, CARE etc.

Project Assistant (LGL-PTS)
Amir Mufti holds Master degree in Management from the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar. He has more than six years of experience in social/development sector. During his professional experience, he has successfully managed 5 projects and remained in coordination with different donors like SGAFP, UNHCR, GiZ, MSI and LSE.He also has remained Data Quality Assurance Incharge in multiple projects. Areas of expertise include: project management, budgeting, proposal writing, project planning and implementation, coordination, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, research/surveys, data analysis, and team management.
